These Teacher Terms apply when you register as a teacher on Zex-lo, in addition to the general Terms of Service. You accept them once, when you apply.
1. Teacher Status
Registering as a teacher grants access to classrooms, a study library, analytics, and the marketplace. Teacher features may require verification.
2. Verification & Certificates
- Any certificate or credential you upload must be genuine and belong to you.
- We may review, approve, or reject applications. Submitting false credentials may lead to removal.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate profile and qualification information.
- Interact with students professionally and respectfully.
- Only assign content you have the right to use.
4. Content Ownership & Warranty
You confirm that the tests and materials you create or upload are your own or properly licensed, and do not infringe any third party's rights, including exam-board copyrights.
5. Payouts & Wallet
- Earnings from sales accrue to your Platform wallet, after the platform commission.
- Payout terms and any withholding are handled through the Platform's payment process.
6. Conduct with Students
You must not misuse student data, contact students for purposes outside the Platform without consent, or engage in harassment or discrimination.
7. Suspension
We may suspend teacher privileges for violations of these Terms, fraud, or repeated student complaints.
8. Liability
You are responsible for the content you publish and for your conduct as a teacher. Zex-lo is not liable for disputes arising from your materials or teaching.
