You must accept this Policy each time you publish to the marketplace. It governs the data inside your listing and its moderation.
1. No Personal Data in Tests
Do not include real personal data (of students or third parties) inside test content, passages, images, or answer keys.
2. Buyer Data Limits
When someone buys your content, you receive only the sale record needed for your earnings and analytics. You may not attempt to obtain buyers' personal contact details through the Platform.
3. Content Moderation Consent
You agree that Zex-lo may review, preview, or remove published content to enforce these policies and applicable law.
4. Liability for Uploaded Content
You remain responsible for everything in your listing. If your content causes a data or copyright complaint, you are accountable for it, and Zex-lo may remove the listing and suspend your selling privileges.
