These Terms apply to learning centers on Zex-lo and to everyone who works in one: the owner, admins and teachers. The owner accepts them to activate the center; a teacher accepts them when joining with an invite link. They add to the general Terms of Service.
1. What a Center Is
A center is an organization account. The Zex-lo team sets it up and appoints its owner. A center starts working once the owner accepts these Terms. Zex-lo may suspend a center that breaks these Terms or the Terms of Service.
2. Roles
Owner: appointed by Zex-lo and changed only by Zex-lo. Admins: appointed by the owner; they invite and remove teachers. Teachers: join with the center's invite link. The owner and admins are responsible for who they bring into the center.
3. Invite Links
Anyone who opens an active invite link can join the center as a teacher. Share the link only with people who teach for your center. A link can expire, and a new link turns the old one off.
4. Teacher Verification Through a Center
When a teacher joins a center, their teacher profile is marked as verified on Zex-lo on the center's behalf. By inviting a teacher, the center confirms that this person teaches for it. A profile that Zex-lo has rejected is not verified this way. Verification stays when the teacher later leaves the center. Zex-lo may withdraw any verification at any time, including every verification given through one center.
5. Leaving and Removal
A teacher or admin may leave a center at any time. The owner and admins may remove teachers; only the owner removes admins. A removed person cannot rejoin with an invite link until an admin restores them. The owner cannot leave; Zex-lo can appoint a new owner.
6. Personal Work Stays Personal
A teacher's personal tests, classes, purchases and earnings remain their own. The center has no control over them.
7. Center Plan and Wallet
A center pays monthly from its own wallet for its plan and for the seats and limits it chooses (teacher seats, student seats, classes, mock participants, PDF exports, tests, audio storage, AI checks). A month is a calendar month. Plans do not renew by themselves; the next month can be paid during the last 7 days. Higher amounts start at once and are charged for the rest of the month; lower amounts start the next month. Money in the center wallet and paid months are not refunded. When a plan ends nothing is deleted, but the center cannot add teachers, classes or students until it pays again. Members add money to the center wallet from their own Zex-lo wallet, and that money then belongs to the center.
8. Plans Bought for Teachers
A center may buy a regular Teacher plan for one of its teachers from the center wallet. The plan belongs to the teacher: if the teacher leaves the center, it stays with them until it ends, the center is not refunded, and it is not renewed.
9. Acceptable Use
The center must not use Zex-lo to collect members' contact details, to send spam, or for anything the Terms of Service forbid.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are published here with a new version.
