This Policy explains what is shared inside a learning center on Zex-lo. It adds to the general Privacy Policy.
1. What Members of a Center See
Members see each other's names (as written on the teacher profile), roles and the date they joined. Email addresses, phone numbers and passwords are never shown to the center.
2. What the Zex-lo Team Sees
For support and moderation, the Zex-lo team sees who belongs to which center, their roles, and whether a teacher was verified through a center.
3. How a Center May Use This Information
Only to run its teaching on Zex-lo. A center may not copy members' information out of the platform for unrelated purposes or marketing.
4. After You Leave
When you leave, your name disappears from the center's member list. If an admin removes you, the center's managers still see your name in a list of removed members so that they can restore you. A record of the membership is kept for security and support.
