- Do not use student data for marketing outside the Platform without explicit consent.
- Do not attempt to identify or contact students beyond Platform features.
4. Certificates & Identity Documents
Documents you upload for verification are used only to confirm your eligibility and are handled under the general Privacy Policy.
5. Your Responsibility as a Data Handler
By accepting, you agree to act as a responsible handler of student data and to comply with applicable data-protection expectations. Misuse may result in suspension and, where applicable, legal liability.
